The unit produces several million plasma ions per cubic cm, which are injected into the room air where they attack pollutants such as microbes and odour.
Airborne particles are also charged which makes them stick together so that they are more efficiently trapped by the particle filters.
The ions disperse in the indoor space, leaving the environment feeling fresh and clean.
